          Tertiary qualifications in IT or related discipline
          3 years experience in SQL Report Writing and Report Scheduling
          Oracle PL/SQL coding experience using 9i SQL
          Discoverer and Portal experience
          ETL experience
          SQL tuning
          Abilities/competencies:
