请大家看看Plumber对Laundry漏水问题的解决方案及报价是否合理

由于房子建在一个斜坡上，所以有个类似于半个底层的laundry。现在下雨的时候，laundry漏水。请来plumber来查看。

plumber做了一个water test，发现：the leak was occurring which was found to be through the crack where the pathway has moved away from the house.

plumber建议re-seal the section with tar to prevent water flowing into cracks then into the laundry. 他们报价640（incl GST）。

不知道这个方案和报价合理不？

另外the pathway has moved away from the house是不是说明地基有移位呢？
