请教各位大虾，我是今年3月登陆墨尔本激活了PR，并买了车，一直用海外驾照开车。因有事要回国内3个月，走之前没有时间去考驾照了。请教下次回来我的海外驾照是否算过期了?使用海外驾照的时间是按上次登陆算起，还是下次登陆重新再算？不知我表达的是否清楚，谢谢各位了。

Driving as a permanent resident
If you hold a permanent resident visa under the Commonwealth Migration Act 1958, you are not a temporary overseas visiting driver.

You are allowed to drive or ride in NSW on your current overseas licence for a maximum of three months after arriving in Australia.

You must get (not just apply for) a NSW licence within this threemonth period if you wish to continue to drive or ride in NSW.
以上是RTA官方的说法，我理解是第一次登陆三个月内有效的，下来过来应该不能用了。
