Job responsibilities:

1.
Be familiar with the policy of the local law for intellectual property in biotechnology sector

2.
Promote the internal intellectual property activities

3.
Provide consulting service to patent protection strategy, trademark protection strategy and copyright strategy.

4.
Responsible for the negotiation of intellectual property right, conduct contracts and complete the examination

5.
Establish and operate measures for risk prevention of intellectual property right

6.
In charge of the application, maintenance, permission and transfer of the patent, responsible for administrative proceedings and the tort action

7.
Responsible for trademark investigation, registration, supervision, development, alteration, permission and its transfer, preserve the trademark and tort action



Job requirements:

1.
Master degree in law and related discipline

2.
Be familiar with the local intellectual property law

3.
Strong logic, excellent presentation skill, analytical skill, problem-solving skill and judgment ability

4.
Competent in listening/speaking/reading/written English

5.
Intellectual property work experience in biotechnology sector is preferred
