我在网上找到有关compassionate leave的信息：
Paid Compassionate Leave
Under the Fair Work Act, an employee is entitled to two days of paid compassionate leave per occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family, or a member of the employee’s household, either dies, or contracts an illness or suffers an injury that poses a serious threat to the person’s life.
Casual employees
A casual employee is entitled to two days of unpaid compassionate leave per occasion, and two days of unpaid carer’s leave per occasion.
但是不确定，该leave是不是including 在sick leave中的。如果including在sick leave里的话，像我们公司的这个staff，他的sick和annual都用光了，我该怎么做呢？ 而且在payroll里我应该单独建个Compassionate Leave么？ |
