好久不写英文了，在whirlpool发了个贴，也懒的再打遍中文了，因为英文退步，写了有点多了。。。。如果有同样计划注意下啦。。。。

It's good TPG admits there is no such thing, looks like I am misleading the public lol.
but why am I given the wrong information over the TPG call centre? The operator didn't get it? so she tried to say these in a simple way just to get rid of me?
I don't know if I am out of touch with the real world, just to warn those TPG users if the same situation applies.
Last year , I signed up with TPG for the 49.99 plan (90+90) bundled with TPG homephone Service ( $1 Line Rental + $10 minimum call spend), If anyone still remember the plan. With TPG's famous installation, of course it took about a month to be completed, they told me to stay at home for the technician to come, but twice, no one showed up. (Meaning I had to take 2 days off work for nothing.)
I complained and complained but TPG only blamed the technician (Telstra). But anyway, problem solved, The Tpg customer service supervisor called me many times for solving the problem, I was glad to see that TPG was improving on its poor service, and I was also given a month free for covering the cost.
I recommended TPG to my mates who didn't really wanna join TPG at that time, I was also happy with the speed ( I live 3.8 KM from the port). Until I checked my homephone bill yesterday.
While signing up the contract , I was advised by the operator that $10 minimun phone calls means I have to pay $10 to TPG even I make less calls. Of course I accepted for the common sense. I knew there is no free meal such as $1 line rental, TPG is not an NPO. But I didn't realise then there'll be a penalty if you can't actually make 10 dollars worths of phone calls.
Cos I have the big cap for my mobile plan, I never really use the homephone to make calls, I kept it there for my family to contact me when my mobile is off at night.
I thought I would be paying $10 every month cos I am not exceeding the limit, but I was wrong.
TPG charged me $10 Plus the addition phone calls I made.
I rang TPG today ,and their explaination is that's the contract. $10 will be charged as a penalty at all time if you don't exceed the limit. Plus addtional call charges.
Ok, I got it. Maybe I should be very careful to read contract conditions, I'm fed up with gathering the evidence to deal with TPG for misleading, s52 , something like that. All I know is that:
If I make $11 worths of phone calls, I'll pay $11 !
If I make $9 worths of phone calls, I'll pay $19 !
Maybe I am a little bit slow, many of you realised it long time ago, but to those didn't know about this and still on this old plan, making less than $10 phone calls, either you make it above $10 or to change your plan to the new one (umlimited plan).
it's just about a couple of dollars we don't really care, I just don't like the way how they operate this plan, but at lease it's cheap. You know what I mean.
