各位TX好,两个礼拜前,发了一个帖子是关于申不申请去公司内部一个去中国的职位。
上礼拜四,突然宣布亚太区业务整合,我们部门-包括其他的Middle Office 全部都转移到新加坡去-
那里会作为整个亚太区新的营运中心,现在公司给大家两个选择
1 拿Redundancy package 2. 选择relocate to Singapore
到四月三十号近一步的细则会出来, 我目前处于一个非常尴尬的地步,我是term to perm,目前看是没有机会了
上礼拜五经理和我开会,我向他表达了relocation 的想法,他非常的支持。但是我也问过HR
的回复是
Thanks for your email. As a Fixed Term Contractor you are not eligible for redeployment opportunities in Singapore. However, if there is insufficient interest from current staff (at risk of redundancy) to fill the roles, you are welcome to directly apply for any available positions.
I would encourage you to email through your CV and confirm your interest in any available roles in Singapore. This way, XXX can bear you in mind for any roles which remain unfilled that may be appropriately matched to your experience and skills set. He can discuss these roles with you after the structure / role descriptions have been finalised and other staff make their decisions.
