买super的问题

听说帮老婆买super的钱可以在税前支出，想请教一下怎样操作？因为我公司的养老金管理公司说他们不做这个业务。另外，有谁可以推荐一个比较好一些的养老金公司。

这句话是从ATO/super网上摘下来的。

Taxpayers can claim an 18% tax offset on superannuation contributions of up to $3,000 made on behalf of their low income or non-working spouse.

To be eligible for the offset, the taxpayer’s spouse must be receiving $10,800 or less in assessable income a year – although a reduced offset is payable for spouses earning up to $13,800 assessable income per year.

是不是说当配偶是低收入（低于$10,800 ）时，可以为配偶最多买$3,000 的super，这$3000可以claim18%（$540）back？

但是，personal super a/c是指去银行开一个这样的账户呢，还是要找一家super公司？

这个我没有经验，但是我想银行也好，super公司也好，都有personal super a/c这个业务的。你可以试着在你的开户银行问问

This list provides a list of trustees approved by APRA ("Approved Trustees") to be the trustees of public offer superannuation funds and/or small superannuation funds (those with fewer than five members). This list was last updated on  21 March 2005.

Please note the following:

Many Approved Trustees have additional conditions ("special conditions") placed on their Instrument of Approval (license document) by APRA. This list does not generally give an indication of whether or not special conditions apply to the Approved Trustee.
Not all Approved Trustees are permitted to be the trustees of small superannuation funds. Those Approved Trustees marked with a single asterix (*) meet the requirements that permit these Approved Trustees to be the trustees of small superannuation funds.
At times APRA needs to appoint an Approved Trustee as an acting trustee to a superannuation fund. Those Approved Trustees marked with a double asterix (**) have special conditions imposed on them which permit them to be trustee only when appointed by APRA as an acting trustee.
