casual找工作中，reference写谁合适？


我现在的工作是casual ongoing,是受雇于中介公司，然后他把你派到某个用人单位的那种。如果想在这同时申请其他工作，reference是写中介的
人呢还是写具体用人单位的人？些中介怕他并不十分了解你的具体工作内容，写用人单位的又怕他知道你心猿意马会不会通知中介把你踢了换
别人来。
请大家给给主意，要是亲身经验那就更好了，谢谢哦！

I put "referee on request". But you do have to find one or two person at your current work, who you can trust, and can speak good English.

Reference check is uaually the last step, employers ususally would not ask for reference unless they are 90% sure to hire you. (10% may happen if the reference check come back with negative information)

  I did ask my agent consultant  from Accountablity

when I was on contract, she always talked to my employer which is my manager.. So she knew exacltly how well I performed at work... Another advantage is she working at agent, she knew very well what words  the employer wanna hear when doing the reference check ...

First at all ,, you need built a good connection with the agent. they can help in the way you want...
