CBA将提供$1200给从NAB转过去的房贷客户.同时,也提供$100给从NAB转过去的信用卡和存款帐户客户.
The nation’s banking scuffle has turned into an all-out war, with market heavyweight Commonwealth Bank planning to offer cash incentives to National Australia Bank customers to switch. It is also offering a range of discounts on new home loans.
CBA is offering NAB customers $1200 to refinance their home loan. To open a credit card or deposit account, CBA is also offering NAB customers $100.
The move is a direct rebuke to NAB, which made a grab for mortgage market-share through an audacious offer to pay the early exit fees for Commonwealth and Westpac customers who switch to NAB's variable mortgage.

NAB also pushed ahead with an aggressive marketing campaign to push the message that it had broken up with the other banks, largely over the way they were treating customers.
This drew a quick rebuke from Westpac, which said it would offer discounts on a range of new mortgages and remove a number of start-up fees.
But the bigger CBA has turned the cards on NAB by offering its customers cash incentives to sign up.
‘‘We want NAB customers to experience our difference and the exceptional customer service that is available only through dealing with the Commonwealth Bank,’’ CBA said in an internal memo.
‘‘To encourage this, we will provide an incentive for NAB customers switching into one of our home loan, credit card or transaction products,’’ the bank said.
