存款在online账户和放成term deposit最后扣税一样多吗？

因为在UBANK 上看到这么一段话，感觉如果存款是term deposit的话，貌似税会扣的少

这个是不是说，如果你这个算INVESTMENT,才能将相关费用扣税，不过，有谁会借钱来投资TERM DEPOSIT呢？如果是你自己的钱，也没有什么费用吧。
