可把我给气坏了，和vodafone新签的合同，

当时说好的旧的vodafone号码会从新使用，所以我才在他家签订的55的iphone4的合同，可今天当我收到手机给他们挂电话时，又说旧的的号码不能从新使用，因为超过了6个月，我说如果不能从新启用为什么你的同事说可以使用没问题，现在看到我签到合同了，又说不行了，这造成我多么的不方便，因为我的号码不能使用给我的生意造成多么严重的后果，损失多少顾客，最关键的是staff 给了错误信息，要拉客也没这么拉的，还有我整整等了一个月才收到这个iphone4， 和他们的supervisor 通话，他说没办法，只能给一个新的相似号码，没办法，只能妥协。不过我太生气，管他们要了2个月的免话费。
各位大侠你们遇到过这种情况吗？

I signed Vodafone as well but haven't received the iPhone 4.  They said when I received the new sim, don't active it and call the customer care to port the old number to it.

你要给vodaphone打电话，告诉他你收到phone了，if your phone number not expired less then 6 month or still active currently, they'll be able to actively your phone within half hour, at mean time you need to have Serials number handy, so they can track you down.
