我的律师也这样说的，但对方律师说根据03年的retail lease act, 应该是买家支付这笔费用。应用如下：Our client's are surprised to note your request for the vendor to pay all expenses in relation to obtaining the consent of the landlord and any mortgagee and charge and for the transfer of the new lease. In terms of the Sale of Business Contract, published by the Law Institute for the guidance of the solicitors under paragraph Lease, the practice is that the purchaser must pay all reasonable legal costs and any statutory duties or charges for the negotiation and preparation of the transfer of the lease or the granting of the lease permitted by the Retail Leases Act 2003
现在有点纠结，小本生意能省则省，何况我的律师说他经手的case向来都是卖家付这笔钱的，但又担心会不会因为这个得罪卖家，training的时候藏一手，不知各位有没有碰到过这种情况，都是怎么处理的？谢谢！ |
