这是在大学的网站上看到的，关于Commonwealth supported解释中的一部分。主要这句的全半段的不大理解。

之前发信过去问我是否适合CSP，回信说到：I have contacted the Fee Centre regarding Commonwealth Supported places for postgraduate students and as permanent resident, you will be eligible to pay the same fees as an Australian citizen 。

我的理解是我不能成为CSP，只能按照demostic fee paying，不知道对不对。

我好像看到说PR读具有CSP的课程是直接可以按照CSP付费的？

意思就是
每年国家补助本地学生一部分学费
假如，一个学生7年 full time = $42,000 (averaging $6K a year) 的 quota. 此时此刻，你还没有用完你的这个福利。

因为你是 PR, 所以你的待遇跟本地学生一样 (local citizen students)，每年承担的费用也跟 local 一样。
你还是可以申请 CSP

注：每个大学的 postgrade CSP supported places are limited。所以也得看你报什么科目。能不能得到，还是得看 UAC 批不批。如果你的那个课程不是 CSP supported course. 你就得付 local full fee or apply HECS / HELP loan.

非常感谢rita的答复。
主要是这个 Student Learning Entitlement，简称SLE，不是特别了解。
看了你的答复，好像是政府资助7年的full time学费，只要你没有用完这个，还是可以申请的？
但是我不清楚我有没有SLE
