I have checked to see whether the handset I have chosen is permanently locked to 3's network. If my handset is permanently locked to 3's network, this means it cannot be used on another carrier’s network.

I agree to pay the new monthly handset instalment charge for the handset term.

If my service is disconnected within the contract period, I must pay for the handset and service for the remaining months of the contract, plus all outstanding charges and my loyalty bonus will cease.

I am still obligated to pay the outstanding amount of any existing handset instalments as per my handset instalment plan.

The 3 Customer Terms for Service continue to apply.

The account holder is responsible for all costs for each handset and service on the account.

I have checked that I work/live inside the 3 Broadband Zone. (When roaming outside of the Broadband Zone, an indicator will appear on your handset. While national roaming, you will not have access to the full range of 3 services. If you use your handset as a modem, you will be charged roaming fees of 50c/MB.)

Where applicable, My upgrade is conditional on 3 confirming with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship that I have a current visa and that the duration of my visa is more than 12 months. I agree that in the event that 3 confirms I do not have a current visa or that the duration of my visa is less than 12 months, 3 can immediately cancel my upgrade and cease delivery of my new handset (in which case my existing rate plan will continue to apply as though I had not applied for my upgrade).
