Further to NSWNF 2010/065, the CBFCA has received advice from the Sydney Ports Corporation that Port Botany remains closed to shipping and that further port status reports will be provided during the course of the day. In the interim, below is an update on details that have been provided to the CBFCA :
PATRICK have advised that they have had several containers down in their yard due to last night's storms and have engaged salvage teams to get the yard back into working condition. Their terminal will be closed until at least 1300 today with slots from last night's midnight shift and day shift cancelled and needing to be rebooked. All imports have been given and extra day free storage and that the situation with exports is being reviewed
DP WORLD indicated that they have recommenced operations however previously booked slots will not be processed. DP World have advised the transport sectors to check 1-Stop availability for revised dates noting that APL Amazonite, Valerie Schulte, Wana Bhum, ANL Wyong will be given an extended last free day.
MCS BANKSMEADOW operations will be closed for the day.
MCS COOKS RIVER is closed until further notice.
