请问有没有TX升级门高到2340mm的？

我想配合2米7的楼高，考虑把门也加高到2340mm，可是sales报价很恐怖，每扇要收$134，我查了一下他们门的供应商的网站，flush panel的2040×820×35价钱是$49.5，2340×820×35也只要$92.4，builder凭什么要加这么贵？门的安装费应该是不论大小的吧，有朋友能提供一下信息吗？

另外，想知道sales提供的价格可信度有多少？如果要讨价还价是在tender的时候说吗？还是跟admin或者sales说？

多询问几家，如果每家报价都差不多那就说明没错了。
因为凡事特殊大小的东西都是是特殊的价格的。
贵几十元也很正常的。

贵50元是正常，贵134就有点那个了。之前在另一贴看到有朋友提到是每扇加$5x，不过没有说那家builder。而我看了厂商报价也就差$4x。

所以，我才想开一贴问问有没有朋友有价格参考。

们的升级包括三部分，第一是门板（Flush Panal $45)，第二是门框 (基础的油漆刷的没有木纹的20块），第三是合页（2040的2个，2340的3个，但是有的builder不管多高都是2个合页，所以没有区别了）

以上是我考察市场得到的零售价，但是据我所知builder拿到的价格更低，比如说在door.com.au，Flush Panal 要49.5但是Metricon拿货的价格是39块

加上人工，搬运费之类相关费用的提高

我觉得在80块以内属于合理，超过80块有敲诈的嫌疑，Metricon是65每个

供应商网站的报价是商场零售价格，builder可以从供应商拿到更便宜的价格，builder都很会赚钱

if u build a house sometime have to prepare any upgrade = giving up the included item ($40) + buy the new item yourself($80) = $120, the rule of paying the different ( $80-$40=$40) does not apply in builder's handbook

but you also need to think is it a structural upgrade or something can be done after handover, for doors height you can only bargain, bargain and bargain

any bargian in price have to be before signing any contract , or even before you put down the $1000 deposit ( as the building industry is heading into a slow down in 2010 due to ceasing of FHOG boost and increasing int rate, they need you business so you have the bargain power)
don't wait until tender because if you are sitting in builder office for tender appointment do you think you will go away?

2340mm door costs extra for painting, also architraves etc., the cost should be around $60 e.a which is reasonable, $134 is far too much.
