[财务贷款] 再次买投资房,贷款要同一银行吗? [复制链接]

想问一下大家,
现在自住房有一个贷款银行了,那再买一个投资房,做了refinace后,是可以在原来的银行再贷款呢(是优惠点吗?),还是可以在别的银行做呢?如果是都在同一个银行,大家都说自住投资不用同一账号,那可以不同贷款账号吧?

再问一个问题,现在只有单方收入,银行会不会不批投资房啊?如果把refinace钱再加点自己的,够投资房的20%了,那银行就会批了呢?

It's easier to do the investment loan with the bank you have home loan with, because you nomally need to use the equity in your own home which is mortgage with the bank, otherwise you might need to refinance your existing loan to another bank. However you can borrow 20% form the current bank, and then borrow 80% from another bank, only it's a bit complicated when it comes to doing your tax return.

However you can borrow 20% form the current bank, and then borrow 80% from another bank

What's that mean? You will split the loan with two bank and borrow 100%?
