岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
• 负责日常行政事务及办公室管理
• 协助准备文件、报表及数据录入
• 接听电话、回复邮件并提供基本客户支持
• 与团队保持沟通,协助完成其他临时任务
• Handle daily administrative duties and general office operations
• Prepare documents, reports, and perform data entry
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide basic customer support
• Communicate effectively with the team and assist with ad-hoc tasks

任职要求 / Requirements
• 良好的中英文沟通能力(书面和口语)
• 熟悉常用办公软件(Word、Excel、Outlook)
• 懂基本的财务知识,如简单账目处理和对账工作
• 细心、有责任感,具备多任务处理能力
• 有行政相关经验者优先
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Basic knowledge of accounting or simple bookkeeping/reconciliation
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
• Administrative experience preferred
