我邻居准备盖新房子了，发了一个電郵文件要我签名
但目前我们两户之间已经有圍欄了，我也不认为需要有變动
请问这个文件我需要回复吗？ 是回信表示反对还是置之不理就可以了
Agreement for Fencing Works
This letter serves as a formal agreement between the property owners of regarding the installation of boundary fencing.
We have mutually agreed that new boundary fencing will be installed as part of the building
works . As part of this arrangement, we confirm that the fencing will be
installed in accordance with the relevant standards and regulations.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and confirm your acceptance of this arrangement.
