Normally, it’s the mums getting the presents on Mother’s Day weekend, but in North Rocks on Saturday the lady with the lucky No.8 bidding card was there buying a big gift for her daughter.
The woman was one of seven registered parties – there was one latecomer – to line up in the rain at the four-bedroom residence at 59 Lawndale Ave.
The daughter is understood to be in her 20s. The parents didn’t wish to have their names mentioned, but Mum looks focused on the job at hand, whereas Dad was simply enjoying the precious moment. |
