我之前在银行的一个贷款经理同事有RP DATA pro access 我们都是用他的login。 这个pro版本跟你们在网上能搜到的信息比有以下优势：
1- More complex and detailed property searches including values, distances and frontages.
2-Discover Hidden Opportunities, identify properties with a hold period of the average tenure for a given location, and find aged or withdrawn listings that may be a great investment or prospect.
3- lived numbers of suburb transactions, listing.
还有其他奇奇怪怪的功能例如我有时候忘记邻居的名字可以直接在上面查等等。
最近我又开始找房子了所以在这里求搭子，一起开帐户。我以过来人的身份说这个pro带来的价值远远超过$199每月。毕竟不动产是一笔非常大的投资，research这方面真的不能省。
