阿德不清楚。。。

显然这种免费讲座不是到处都有的，因为牵涉的人力物力面比较大，靠一个人是难以为继的。

我之所以能够坚持下来，一方面是一些新移民有这个需要，另一方面是有很多人义务帮忙。


如果你有问题，要不要在这里或是工作学习版提出来？这样更多人有机会回答。。。

今天查了一下，好多人报名。。

有时想是不是该停止办这个讲座了，但有需求在，我总是难以说服自己。。

这是不是我们说的工作上的burn-out?

是，我有时真的会觉得自己 over committed，比如昨天工作时间太长，然后今天就什么也不想做。

不过通常休息一下就好了。

善于这个讲座，很多次我都没有动力办下去了，因为很大部分其实是在重复了，而且每次最辛苦的不是讲座的那一天，而是之前的一个多月的持续推广。。。但是我身边的一些人那样关心和支持这个讲座，最主要的是每次都有不少同学报名，叫我如何说再见？

去年已从四次减为三次，或许会想个办法吧，比如学习用　WEBINAR，　把讲座录下来？那样更多的人受益，人力物力上也不会太辛苦。。。

任何事物都有自己的生命周期，也许最好的办法是顺其自然。。。

Assistant Client Service Officer, Local Courts - 00002F3G

Clerk General Scale
Belmont, Permanent Part Time, 21 hpw

Salary range: $27,109 -$53,062 pro rata
Total Remuneration package valued up to: $58,687 pro rata

Provide a range of Clerical and Client support services to meet the needs of clients.  Services may include routine customer enquiries, courtroom assistance, daily correspondence, data entry and records management.     

Selection Criteria:

1. Good clerical and computer skills including data entry, process documentation, filing and operating office equipment;
2. Strong commitment to client service;
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate  effectively with a wide range of people;
4. Capacity to work effectively in a team;
5. Ability to organise and complete high volumes of work within set time standards;
6. Knowledge and understanding of ethical practice as it relates to the Court environment.


Position description.

An eligibility list may be created to fill future permanent, temporary, full-time or part-time vacancies as they arise.

有的同学参加后马上找到工作，偶尔收到正面反馈，那种快乐，真的无价。
