我是房东，因为租客说开空调有个别灯闪，中介安排了电工去修。
但电工去的时候空调 安防 和 灯都是能正常工作，当电工换了完开关后，说家好很多射灯 灯 中央空调（ 三项电） 还有安防烧了。
已经和中介争执了两天了，中介说因为是天冷必须马上把空调这些修好，还有给房客减租，电工没有责任，让我们同意去维修这些，如果不认可自己去地方投诉去。
下面是中介转发电工的，大家帮忙看看 ，出出主意，我这是谁的责任，我应该怎么办。 谢谢
What was the issue?
Lights flickering, dimming. Not working.
main switch was faulty and sparking on one of the terminals. This terminal fed the lights and other circuits. There appeared to be a fault in the switchboard and the main switch popped once reset.
What did we do?
Install new main switch
Was there any extras/variations?
When I turned everything back on the AC and some lights weren’t working.
8 transformers had blown so I replaced all transformers, 12V cables and halogen globes.
Another 4 globes had just blown so I changed them over as well.
the AC wasn’t working. It had correct voltage at circuit breaker. Went to isolator and white phase terminal had no continuity so I changed over to a brand new isolator. the inside control pad still does not work.

The original job we attended was for lights flickering at the property. NXXXXX attended and found an arcing sounds coming from the main switch in the switchboard. It was a pulset branded main switch which we find to fail fairly regularly.
Nathen went to turn the main switch off and it popped and sparked. At this point Nathen isolated the supply and replaced the main switch.
Once he reenergised supply and turned the main switch on there were a few issues. The downlight transformers had blown in around 13 downlights. The A/C was not working. The security system was not working.
After further investigation we found a surge protective resistor in the outdoor unit of the A/C was blown. We also found the security system had burn marks and a blown PCB.
I believe that when the main switch failed it shorted between two of the phases causing a surge and increased voltage across two phases of the installation.
Moving forward we will need to potentially replace downlights, replace the A/C control boards and replace the security system printer circuit board.
I can't see a circumstance that NXXXXX could have created to have the damage listed above and want to make it clear that this was the result of the faulty main switch.
