We have an immediate requirement for a multitasking Sales & Marketing Assistant. 
You will be the key person to admin the CRM/Salesforce database. You will also work with Sales and Marketing team to provide administrative support. 
Your Main Responsibilities: 
•        Maintain and update sales and customer records 
•        Develop monthly sales reports form Salesforce 
•        Regularly perform data de-duping and clean-up procedures 
•        Work with Sales, Marketing and external consultants to gather business requirements and determine how to effectively translate them to Salesforce workflow  
•        Manage Profiles, Sharing, User Permissions and Licenses for Standard and Partner Portal Users 
•        Set up and maintain channel agent portal 
•        Stock control and quality checking in Salesforce 
Additionally, you will 
•        Create digital content for lead generation campaigns 
•        Work with the creative team to maintain online content library 
•        Assist with company and project website updating 
•        Some translation (English/Mandarin) for Sales and Marketing team 
Candidate Requirements 
The candidate must have proficient knowledge in the following areas: 
•        Chinese mandarin speaking is a must 
•        Have database administration and Salesforce experience is a must 
•        Have excellent attention to detail and be able to juggle multiple tasks 
•        Have advanced Excel skill and Pardot 
•        A good team player and have broad functional knowledge and experience of the various Salesforce clouds in particular Sales, Wave and Marketing 
•        Salesforce Administrator Certificate is preferred
