Please be aware that your employment may be concluded at any time by either a delegated department/department representative or yourself giving two (2) weeks notice. A longer period of notice may be given by the delegated department/department representative if required under an Industrial Instrument, except in the case of termination for misconduct.

请问大家的工作合同上面都有这种条款吗？公司有权提前14天通知炒掉你。
