西人汽车大灯专业维修公司，位于mulgrave，

急需一名工厂管理经理，年龄不限，经验不限，但如有汽车车灯维修翻新行业从业经验或者汽车修理厂管理经验欢迎至极，需有合法工作签证。 该职位需要正常英文交流能力，想要胜任此职位需要对澳洲各种车型的汽车大灯造型有一定了解，并能够正常使用操作电脑.  个人品质需要为人沉稳，仔细认真，自信，有管理能力，善于合理安排全局。

每天工作项目包括:
一，利用数据库的型号资料鉴别客户送修产品的具体型号和损坏程度并给出维修方案。

二，管理车间工作人员和任务分配，监督质量，掌控工厂维修工作的进度。

三，每天验收完工的产品并合理准时的安排两名司机的送货。

四，管理库存，有时需要鉴定各种废旧车灯以便回收利用。

工资待遇60k-65k，如果有足够经验可以100%胜任职位的可以到70k。

HEADLIGHT AND HEATER JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE:  Production/Warehouse Supervisor


JOB TYPE: Full-time Permanent


LOCATION: Mulgrave


SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Managing Director


MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job receival and check in
?        Identify and complete condition report for all headlights picked up as soon as possible
?        Where necessary, advise Customer Service where repair isn’t possible so that change over or new can be quoted.
Production Co-ordination and Supervision
?        Directing, motivating and support the production team in order to meet production requirements and deadlines
?        Sourcing parts to affect the repair or replacement
?        Where necessary, advising Customer Service where change over is not possible so that second-hand unit can be purchased
?        Prioritizing and allocating jobs to process workers to ensure customer expectations and scheduled delivery runs are met
?        Where needed, assist with the repair of headlights to meet production requirements and deadlines
?        Recording production output by operator
Stock management
?        Receipt of all purchases including assessment of condition identity of all headlights received.
?        Ensuring all necessary paperwork associated with purchases and returns is completed and passed onto Customer Service in a timely manner.
?        Co-ordinating the receipt, sorting & storage of all stock lights in a timely manner
?        Maintaining records of all stock production and transfers
?        Assisting with stocktake as required
Despatch
?        Quality inspection and branding of all finished jobs including completion of condition report in job sheet
?        Once completed, pass job sheet onto Customer Service for preparation of delivery documentation
?        Labeling and storage of completed headlights for pick up by Delivery Drivers
?        Secure packing and labelling of country deliveries
General housekeeping
?        Ensuring adequate stocks and efficient use of production materials and repair kits
?        Ensuring a safe work environment and all related policies are adhered to
?        Ensuring the factory and storage areas remain in a tidy and organized state.
?        Other tasks as directed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:
?        First aid certificate (preferred)
Preferred Experience:
?        2 years previous experience in a similar role
o        Managing production staff
o        Stock management
?        General automotive knowledge gained in panel shop, wrecking yard, parts business or similar

Skills:.
?        Well organized
?        Attention to detail
?        Positive attitude, good time management skills
?        Communication
?        Ability to motivate staff to meet deadlines
?        Ability to maintain and promote teamwork
?        As some staff are Chinese speaking, ability to speak Mandarin would be beneficial

?        Zero lost time injuries
?        % jobs fulfilled ex stock (or repaired)
?        Quality - % of jobs returned for quality or identification issues

因为行业比较小众，所以不要求必须有从业经验，只要有良好的能力潜力的，雇主会提供三个月的培训期。 目前公司有三名华人员工在职full time，还有一名华人员工做兼职，白人雇主觉得公司里的华人员工工作比白人更优秀，故专门希望招聘一名华人管理。 工作中并不需直接要面对客户，没有特别多英文沟通，但英文能力起码要通过纯英文面试流程，并与其他白人员工的流利日常交流。
