Key Responsibilities include:

Providing strategic recommendations to the head of company executive management
team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the
preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising the tax related matters to the head of company.
• Establishing and developing relations w i t h banks and other financial institutions for
the loan matters
• Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
• Examining expenses submitted by employees and handling the employee payroll issues.
• Preparing and submitting the company BAS on quarterly basis and liaising with
outsourced tax accountant for the annual tax return.
• Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments
from accounts payable
• Creating company financial reports with the above information included
• Analysing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial
health
• Examining the proficiency of the software programs used to organise data (ERP system)
• Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow
• Liaising with the real estate development project
