Setting the Scene
No commuting, work from anywhere of your choice! A fast-growing digital entertainment and gaming solutions company is looking for a keen C# developer to join our team!
You will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of the Company's platform technology.

Key Accountabilities (not necessarily in priority order)
- Develop reusable, testable and maintainable web applications and modules based on C# (.Net Core and .Net Framework)
- Turn storyboards, mockups and concepts into applications and services
- Establish and maintain code quality, adherence to best practices, high performance and responsiveness
- Detect and fix issues and performance bottlenecks
- Contribute to code quality, best practices organisation and task automatisation
Aptitude and Experience
You’re a professional. That means you follow through on commitments, meet deadlines, don’t cut corners, consider other people’s ideas, play nice with the team, learn from your mistakes, document things and communicate honestly and proactively if you anticipate an issue doing any of the above.
Required skills
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.
- Knowledge of .NET Core or the .NET framework 4/4.5
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or other RDBMS
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with source code management (e. g. git, GitLab)
- Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly
Good to have
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Exposure of Agile Scrum practices
- Experience developing and maintaining cloud based solutions in AWS or Azure
- Ability to write effective and reusable code according to best practices
- Habit of writing clean code that is easy to read
- Profiency creating automated unit tests and using testing / CI platforms
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (简体中文/普通话，或者正體中文/國語) would be a huge advantage
