This international sales and distribution business needs to bring a Senior .Net/SQL Analyst Programmer into their development team. The role will focus on two projects:
(1) A data analysis/reporting project, which will initially involve a lot of data validation, though will subsequently evolve into the development of either a web based or SQL reporting services based over the top of the backend.
(2) Developing their 3rd party ordering capabilities, with a focus on better integration & automation with both their existing systems and those of their EDI partners.
The role will not only involve development, but a lot of the analysis and design/architecture work. As such we are definitely looking for someone senior who has managed these aspects of projects previously, and has great communication skills, initiative, process mapping experience and understands documentation.
The environment is Microsoft front to back, so we're looking for good skills in:
C#
ASP.net
ADO.net
SQL (2000, 2005, 2008)
SQL reporting services
Visio
