NBN入户的费用

nbn的已经接路边的窨井里，但是没有接到家里，大概有几十米的距离。如果要接进家，这个费用谁出，是用户还是服务商？

你可以和供应商谈，让他们出。

你自己没搞清楚吧？NBN是“免费”铺到你家里的。你搜“finder nbn map” 然后把你自己家的地址输入进去，看看你的连接类型，我觉得你的可能是FTTC之类的。但是无所谓，你的区域如果已经正式通了NBN，你第一次使用任何一家NBN得ISP，就会有人给你上门安装好东西。除了宽带的月费，和可能的new development fee（部分地区一次性，几百刀），没有任何别的费用。

NBN你要么可以开通要么不可以开通，没有给钱开通一说。每一户可能有一次性的“New Development Charge” 300刀，但是这个并不是拉线进你户的价格，而是NBN回收成本的一个方式。

原来有个帖子里有链接可以估价，每家都不一样的，便宜的两三千，最的两三万的都有。。。

nbn may deliver a one-time charge of $300 (incl. GST) to the phone and internet providers that place an order for an nbn™ broadband access network service to a new development (providers may choose to pass the charge onto their end users)
nbn is the default infrastructure provider for broadband Australia wide
Consistent with the Multi-Technology Mix (MTM) model, nbn will be able to select the technology it will deliver to new developments

house 推倒重建townhouse/apartment这类的new development，NBN会把原本的HFC/FTTx换成FTTP。
HFC和FTTx根据NBN和政府的坑钱（纳税人钱）新政，会在几年内允许免费升级成FTTP，目前计划的条件是sign up一个250Mbps以上的plan。
