我想了很久，本来想忍了，不想在索赔，但是觉得很难过，为什么建房和修房里面的骗子那么多，因为维权很难，耗时，耗钱，耗精力，所有的难过的事情重新来一遍，还要去法庭面对骗你的人。而且骗的金额，一定会非常大，因为总价就是很多，20%预付款已经很多。所以骗子公司还是继续骗，因为犯罪的成本低，华人或者受害人，都息事宁人，想想，舍钱免灾，算了，但是大家有没有想过，如果没有曝光，也许他骗一个人，但是终有一天，他们也许骗的就是你的父母，你的朋友，你的家人。事情隔了一年，今天在家，申请了vcat.的文件。各种心酸事情不想再重复，浪费无数的时间，是不可能通过政府协商机构要回钱的，最后还是觉得，如果能帮助到其他人，不被同一家公司骗，也算是自己做了一件好事。这家公司是老外公司，简单来说就是忽悠你先付预付款，然后就消失，不回email，不回电话，不做工。卷了钱当自己的钱。政府协商机构写信，此公司就是不回，一副就是不还钱，看你有没有时间耗，最后就是上vcat.
这叫公司叫 Melbourne Building Pty Ltd. ABN32144093676. ACN 144093676 是一家正式注册的property and maintenance 公司。但是你一旦付了钱，就再也要不回来，而且也不会工作。
现在有个热心的朋友，说了，这人真名字叫Todd Buzza 他在Brunswick. 他有很多假名，Simon adam是其中一个。他还以
75 Jolimont Rd Forest Hill 为注册号，但是是个假的空的shop.真实的地址是要付钱查到。当他用假名和顾客打交道时候，你根本无法知道他就是墨尔本最臭名昭著的Todd Buzza. 而且他注册很多不同名字的公司，法人写的是PHILLIP SAVVA 7EBB29853
Address: Unit 5, 76 High Street S, KEW VIC 3101. 和Todd Buzza 一点关系也没有。 这个人已经从2012年开始行骗了，8年过去，还是继续。当他用不同的假名和公司名字，消费者其实很难查到。
现在他还注册很多新的公司，我被骗的公司也是他注册。叫melbourne Building Pty LTD

这个是他的照片。他同时原来还经营一家餐馆，被罚$300000，偷窃很多员工的工资，后注册很多空壳公司，主要做建筑，装修，建房子。

The Director of Consumer Affairs Victoria has, after considering all the relevant information, determined to issue a public warning notice pursuant to section 223 of the Australian Consumer Law about the conduct of Todd Buzza.
Mr Buzza, of Vermont South, is a former bankrupt who advertises cheap building services, using several business names.
Consumer Affairs Victoria has received complaints alleging Mr Buzza has taken payment for work he has not done, or for work that was incomplete and below standard.
In December 2012, Mr Buzza was convicted in Ringwood Magistrates' Court of failing to disclose his bankruptcy to customers, after he was prosecuted by the Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia.
Complaints we have received since July 2012 include several against 'Superfinish' and 'All Plastering Services'. Complainants allege Mr Buzza has been trading under these names. Consumers have also reported that he has used the following trading names:
Superfinish Oz Pty Ltd
Superfinish Plaster
Fine Plastering
Buzza Constructions
Buzza Corporation
Smart Bathrooms.
The Director is warning the public about the alleged conduct as the Director:
has reasonable grounds to suspect that it may constitute breaches of the Australian Consumer Law;
is satisfied that one or more persons has suffered, or is likely to suffer detriment as a result of the alleged conduct; and
is satisfied that it is in the public interest to issue a public warning notice.

继续更新，上法庭的结果，
关于Todd的案子，去警方录了口供，把他的公司告上法庭才知道，他盗取另外一家建筑公司的身份，继续行骗，此人已经行骗超过十年，今年，11/6高级法院起诉他。大约有22个受害者，受害金额在$1000000左右，box hill 高级警官katirina负责其中一个诉讼。另外一个由kew警察局高级警官负责，在丹妮露高级法庭起诉，但是高级警官说最好的结果就是他去进监狱，对于所有受害者偿还金额，希望比较小。
