Loan Writer / MortgageBroker
The Role
- Liaising with individuals looking to purchase their first home,an investment property or car
- Analysing their financial situation & through yourunderstanding of lenders policies find the best deal suitable
- Meet & greet with clients and provide such a service thatthey are a client for life
- Provide follow up service post settlement
- Be a leader within the business & set an example!
What do you need?
- 1-2 years experience in placing loans
- Sound understanding of lending policies and procedures
- Cert IV / Diploma in Mortgage Broking
- Whilst plenty of leads will be provided, you need to be abledemonstrate the ability to bring in your own business
- Ability to hold mature conversation with people looking tofulfil their dreams of buying a property
- Great communication and customer service skills,
- Exceptional organisational and task management skills,
- Ability to work to task and manage large volumes of files
Remuneration
Negotiable depending on experience.
