strata写信来说storage cage里面不能停车，理由是
1， Subject to these by laws, an Owner or Occupier must not park a motor vehicle on common property without the prior consent of the Owners Corporation.
2， , the storage cage is common property
不过他也说了The space inside cage 是owner的
车是停在cage(铁笼子只有左右面和上面）里面的(owner's lot)，not on common property。我让他拿出by-law不能停common proprety里面，他也不回答，就说要去NCAT告我，要罚款。
各位遇到过这种情况吗？
反正现在两手准备，准备找个车位租。 |
