you may have heard that Australia Post has introduced a new service for obtaining International Police Checks.


Unfortunately, it was recently clarified by MIA (Migration Institute of Australia) that the checks obtained through this service are not suitable for immigration and visa application purposes. We have been advised that these checks are for employment purposes only, and are actually considerably more expensive than the usual Department authorised police checks.  


To avoid wasting time and causing delays to your application, you should obtain Department-authorised police checks the first-time round.

如果移民局已经具体要求了某个国家的无犯罪证明，那就只能办那个国家的无犯罪证明。中国的无犯罪证明+英文公证通过手机或网上可以办的，具体可以找找论坛的帖子，或者搜搜淘宝，或者你户口所在地的公证处或公安局的公开资料。

是啊 應該就是pr離境超過一年 當中包括在某個地方呆超過90天 你準備上網辦理嗎

歪个楼，楼上最近去考试的同学来说说考题呢？我看官方只有20道模拟题，就考这些吗？有没有比较偏的题目啊？

如果离开澳洲超过3个月的话，是需要提供无犯罪证明呢！我是在境外递交的入籍申请，然后在外面待了一年多。收到邮件通知让我回来说审理到我、入境澳洲前我在第三国申请了无犯罪证明带回来的。面试那天补交这份材料，一个星期后就approved了。如果你在面试的时候能把该补充的材料补充完整，批得就很快。

有些国家法无犯罪证明需要本人亲自到场申请，所以离境前一定要记得准备申请呀。不然离开那个国家后就办不到了。尤其以后打算入籍的亲们，这个concept一定要留在脑海里。我一个在美国暂时居住的朋友回澳洲前就差点就空手回来，幸亏我提醒她了。

我的户口所在地不能网上办理 只能找朋友帮忙 不敢找异地的
