据我所知,这个开业是不怎么需要太大前提投入的。只要能找到想要贷款并且信任你的客户,代理是从银行收提成的。
On one hand: you get commission from the bank. on what basis that the bank can trust in YOU, not the other thousands of agents under the big names like Wizard, RAMS, Aussie Home Loans, AIMS etc etc.
On the other hand: you get business from the property buyers. on what basis that the buyers trust in YOU, to handle the bigest purchase of their life so far, not the bankers or other mortgage dealers?
I guess your question starts when a group of your close friends are buying properties. However, is that enough to run a business? My friend became a mortgage dealer at the boom of property market, she said (also learnt from her manager then): It is all about client base.
Without a solid client base, you won't get much discount from the bank, you won't get any further reference from your current clients, in other words, your business won't go far. |
