看了E-tax的说明，还是有点迷糊，拿fbt-B不能claim，但是不full time 照顾孩子，又不能claim，看不出啥情况才能claim，请达人给解释一下。谢谢！

If you are talking about spouse rebate, then hope the following can help you:

If you have spouse without children, you can claim spouse rebate in tax return,
If you have spouse with eligible children, you can only claim through family assistance office. Depending on your income level, you should be able to claim Family Benefit A and/or B. If the income of your spouse is above the threshold ( you can go to FAO website to find out), then you are not entitled to Family B
