Two information
1. A service man has a long service leave until Aug. He told me there is not enough work.
2. One type of their chiller ( I think is heat recovery chiller) doesn't work properly, I mean your annual service charge is rediculas high. Our company ( consultant) will not use them again.

I am in Sydney.

Personaly, every company has some problems. Don't worry to much.
