投资房的贷款，能否改成自住？

现在的投资房贷款是用的投资房本息同还利率。而现在如果我想省利息，能否让银行把贷款利率变成自住房本息同还，这样我就能享受自住房的低利率了。

账单什么的都不是必须的，一般settle以后6个月甚至3个月就可以操作了，关键是看你的banker或者broker是否愿意做这个事情。

可以， ANZ需要如下的任何一个证明
We will require any one of the following, from any one of the borrowers listed on the loan:

Copy (front and back) of an Australian Driver Licence with the updated residential address matching the security address.
Copy of Water or Council rates dated within the last 3 months for the property with mailing address matching the security address.
Copy of utility bills including electricity, gas or telephone/ internet dated within the last 3 months for the property with mailing address matching the security address.
Current insurance certificate for the property used as security with the property usage listed as Owner Occupier or Holiday Home.
