谈offer/salary 要注意什么？

和一个公司谈的还行，我已经告诉他们我现在的工资了，而且说希望不低于这个数字。
结果今天他们老板发了一个邮件，说会给我offer，但是数字比我要求的低10%。 ，问我有问题不？
都没有搞懂这个公司是几个意思，是先给个数字，让我来提，还是就只能这么多了？
大家遇到这种问题没有？

就是说比你现在的工资还低10%, 问你是否接受。估计新公司可能大一些。觉得其他方面比你现在的公司好。

这还能啥意思？就是问楼主接不接受他们的工资呗

刚回了邮件，说如果达不到我的要求，就麻烦不要给reference 打电话了。。。。

不是都是给期望工资嘛，给现在的工资不专业啊，楼主经验不足啊。把自己底线都说了，接下来没花头了。

是啊，现在给了一个期望工资，说达不到就算了， 别浪费时间了

以后要有经验，别说底线工资，往高了说，也要给别人一个还价的空间。当然这个谈钱的经验也是慢慢积累的，搞多了也就知道套路了。

It was only just recent that i realised that the prospective employer would ask your salary expectations and cut 5% to 10% to see your response.

Unfortunately, i was not aware of that and turned two offers even they end up meeting my expectations.

However, if I were to apply for a new job again I would still be honest and say my actual expectation and if it is going to be discounted, then I will again turn down the offer, as i believe the relationship between the employer and employer should be an honest one, even though the employees are kind of like selling the time and skills.
