请教 父母探亲签证18个月内在澳洲住了13个月怎么办

急， 之前没有注意这个条款， 我妈 是18年7月入境 澳洲的， 中途回国了大概20天， 到今天 19年8月 已经14个月了。
应该是违反了18个月内不能住满12个月的规定。

现在我有两个问题，请大家给我点意见

1） 她的签证还在有效期内， 签证是三年有效期，应该是21年7月 ，她如果现在出境 ，海关会取消她的签证吗
2） 澳洲海关在她处境的时候 真的可以当场算出来她已经违反了 18个月内超过12个月吗？ 因为她中途有离开澳洲差不多一个月的时间。
3） 她下次申请探亲签的时候会被要求等三年吗 ？

赶快和移民署联系，找个理由，要求理解。否则，可能再办理签证要出问题。

Not sure about Q1.
For Q2, they won't know that she already violated the rule when she leaves Australia. But I am not sure what will happen when she comes back Australia using the same visa.This happened to my mum as well. In her case, her visa expired and we waited 6 months to apply a new one.
For Q3, when apply a new visa, there is a question something like "Has the applicant has ever violated the visa before?", you need to answer the truth and it will be upto the migration officer to make the decision.

请问您了解，这18个月的时间计算节点吗？是按签证获批时间算，还是第一次入境时间算？我妈的签证是19年8月批的，9月来的，如果按入境日期算，应该是到2021年的3月满18个月，那下一个18个月是从3月开始，还是下次登陆时间开始？谢谢

任意的18个月内都不能超过12个月

朋友家也出了这事。在下次申请签证时被拒和被通知了一个三年惩罚期。但是，不知道有没有什么方法可以挽救，希望有经验的同学分享一下。

看看有没有特殊情况可以申请豁免，申请新签证的时候需要一份详细解释说明。
