SECC IT Solutions is a Melbourne based company delivering professional IT services and office ICT infrastructure solutions for small to medium sized businesses.
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to engage a one month project with one of our key clients located in New Zealand. You will be the main contact point and be responsible for testing vehicle electronic systems throughout the day. All travel related costs and accommodation are covered by our client.
Hourly rate: AUD 25
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Provide assistance in testing, implementation and training on new equipment and systems
• Provide desktop support to all staff in the organisation for a diverse range of systems and applications
• Respond to helpdesk enquiries and rectify internal IT issues
• New computer configuration and user setup and assist with staff moves/changes
• Accountable for providing technical support for requests from all stakeholders on phones, email, PC hardware, networking, and associated software
• Creation and maintenance of procedures/instructions and related IT documentation
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE
• Australia citizen/Australia permanent resident
• Relevant tertiary or IT industry related qualifications
• Must have a current Australia full driver license
