Many people around me are recently start building their dream nest... however, I summarise their feedback as below:
1) Simonds, Port Davids, Devine....and other similar companies are NOT builders, they all marketing company, say project coordinator. Dunt confuse yourself.
2) Pay extra attention to who you sign the contract with, and ensure their name has been put down (Simonds' contract is puting 'Unknown' which is NOT acceptable.
3) Simonds got the most worst feedbacks I ever heard. Double check the documents you are signing for, and keep eyes on their terms and conditions. Remember that you have your own right to access the site under supervised and wear PSE.
4) Average construction price: should be $6500-$7000/SQ, choosing the local builder can knock down the price to $4000-6000/SQ. |
