有人开Subaru Outback去Moreton Island吗？

岛上要求游客开底盘高的越野车。我有一台2016年版的Subaru Outback，底盘虽然不是最高，但我觉得也很高了。不知道能不能上岛开车？有人试过吗？

I went to Moreton Island earlier this year with an MY14 Forester. Didn't have any issues and we pretty much covered the top half of the island twice. Saw some bigger and more credentialed 4wds having some problems.

Lower the tyre pressure and be prepared with some maxtrax and snatch strap and tow hitch. Monitor the tide times so youre not caught on the beach at high tide. Also, I replaced the plastic sump guard with the subaxtreme one, but that is the only mod.
Not so relevant for the 2011, but I have experimented with the Xmode on and off, and X mode actually handled better than with the traction control off. you cant turn off the stability control so when it slides sideways, it applies the brakes.
