父母一方143，未满五年等待期申请另一方配偶移民能成功的吗？

There are some exceptions to this limitation if you can provide compelling reasons. Compelling reasons may include if your
partner was unable to migrate with you because of a major family illness or other significant obligations, other than financially-related obligations. In this situation, the department expects that you will be able to provide evidence of a change in circumstances that now allows your partner to apply for the Partner or Prospective Marriage visa.
在我们夫妻申请143期间。一方因为患重大疾病。做完手术。所以只申请了一个人。我们认为这符合迫不得已合理的理由。现在未满五年等待期。想申请夫妻团聚移民。能成功吗？

很大程度上取决于statement和支持文件的说服力，还有签证官的个人判断。

你的情况跟lz的情况在移民法上面来看，是不一样的

在申请的时候由于compelling的原因无法一起递交143，可以有豁免等待5年的情况

在申请之后，143下签之后发生的compelling情况，是不属于豁免范围。假如符合签证条件，可以考虑carer绿卡签证。
