Due to continued growth, One position has become available to assist our Account Managers. This role is quite diverse as you will be involved within a team and work on client applications prior to the mortgage broker seeing the clients, reviewing home loan options and managing the file prior to the lodgment.

Our preferred candidate will have existing Banking and Finance experience within the mortgage broking industry.

About the role

Details

Duties/Responsibilities,
1) Assisting Compliance team
• Create the customer file
• Prepare compliance documents

2) Assisting Account Management (AM)
• Working closely with our back of house team to fulfill home loan applications: we provide full training and support
• Order and monitor Property Valuation
• Assisting AM for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Assisting AM to communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

3) Assisting Office Manager
• Ordering office supplies
• Developing and implementing new administrative systems
• Setting up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms
• Managing office expenditure and budgets
• Possibly undertaking accounting responsibilities (company dependent)
• Possibly managing the social media channels of the company (company dependent)

Working Hours/days:
Full Time/ Mon-Fri / Permanent

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
1) Accounting / Banking/ Finance / Business Administration Study background preferable
2) Mandarin/Cantonese/Vietnamese/Japanese/ Thai: Second Language preferable
3) Excellent organizational skills and Time management skills
4) Good computing skills- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
5) High Level of accuracy, attention to detail and pride with work
6) Friendly and confident interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
7) Self-motivated with a keen desire to go above and beyond
8) Preferably can drive with your own car
9) 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (Banking /Finance industry)
10) A quick learner
