求助，143体检遇到问题，请懂的人提供建议

我妈妈的肺不是很好，以前做旅游签证的时候就需要做痰培养，做完了，排除结核了，也就拿到旅游签证了，所以我们认为是符合健康要求的。

15年1月3日递交了143申请，等了差不多3年，17年9月底接到了补材料通知，因为妈妈正好在悉尼帮我带孩子，这次143的体检在悉尼做的，9月要求补材料，10月常规体检，意料之中要求做痰培养，医院说不是紧急case要排队，排到了2月，做了痰培养和x-ray，5月初得到医生建议，说目前看没有问题，但是19年2月和20年2月要复查2次x-ray，现在bupa visa centre说，“Please be advised we are unable to finalise your health case until the follow up surveillance is completed.”，明确告诉我们要等到2020年2月的xray结果出来之后才能处理，请问有什么办法么？

大家都可以理解，递交143付费移民，就是家里有移民的明确计划和安排，排队3年已经比计划的长了，如果再多等2年，很多安排都会打乱，每18个月不能停留超过12个月真的造成很大困扰。而且到时候还要重新安排无犯罪等一些列材料，外加现在政策这么多变化，夜长梦多，2年的提心吊胆，全家都是很大的折磨。

所以诚恳的请求大家出出主意，有什么可以做的？

理论上复查应该是在下签后会给你一个CONDITION 要求入境以后复查，怎么还没下签就复查呢？你有分到CO吗？要不要问问CO看看怎么讲。给不给VISA是CO说了算的，体检中心说了不算。

刚刚给bupa visa medical centre打电话，她们说还没接到医生的report，问我是谁和我说要等两年的，我看了一下邮件是一个叫elijah的人，title是Operations Support Consultant，我给他又发邮件问，他的回复是就是要等至少19年2月的复查说稳定了才行

抑郁中，看起来还要继续和bupa沟通，他们内部看起来也有点乱，我都不知道我的case谁才能最终给co发结论

Please be advised this is a standard process for all cased similar to yourself, your visa will not be effected between now and your next appointment.

Unfortunately there are no other options available to complete this medical requirement.

So you mean currently , the Panel Physician and a Medical Officer of the Commonwealth already assessed my case and they made the decision that we have to wait until the next yearly x_ray result comes out?

Is this the normal decision for similar case? Is there any policy related to that?

Hi Elijah,

I just called bupa medical centre to confirm what should i do with this situation, do i have to wait for 2 more years, they told me the doctor’s result has not been received by the medical officer.

I am a little bit confused by the information given by email and through the phone.

Who will make the decision for our visa health case? Does he/she’s final decision is we can’t meet the visa healthy standard unless these two more routine x-ray is done?  

It is seems a little bit unreasonable to wait two more years for two routine x-ray.

Thank you for your kindly reminder.

The chest clinic ensured us we only need to do a routine X-ray once a year, next one will be Feb 2019.

Can we get a visa decision based on current medical results, or we have to wait after the two annual X-ray check up in Feb 2019 and Feb 2020?

理论上你的体检结果不会直接发给你的，是BUPA他们上传去EMEDICAL然后你的CO可以直接去看。我觉得你的CO也不会允许他们拖2个才出个体检报告的。你先不用担心，只要不是你的CO发信说你VISA的情况，别人说的都不作数。

他们就是个体检中心，跟VISA批不批一点关系也没有。而且，即使是健康署认为你有问题，但是你的CO觉得问题不大，也不会影响你的签证的。先别着急，你问他们关于VISA的事他们什么也不知道。你的情况，我觉得就是最后下签之前你的CO会要求你填一个表，保证你按时入境体检，但是那个时候爸妈的VISA已经下来了，痰培养通过，不是结核，没有传染性，是不会影响签证结果的。不用担心。坛子里有类似的情况你搜一下。我忘记那个表是号码了。

谢谢，我个人觉得现在的情况是，chest clinic的医生建议根本都没有递交给健康署（meidical officer of commonwealth），co都看不到目前的结果，我在努力和elijah联系沟通，我个人认为elijah在这里给我制造麻烦

因为我电话bupa，他们说系统里看不到我的case有医生结果

别理那个人，直接给BUPA打电话，跟他们说医生的报告交上去了，为什么系统里没有。如果不行再交一遍直到他们显示他们收到医生的报告。然后通知CO，体检结束，其它的补料都结束。看CO怎么说。

帮你找了一下，叫815表格，估计回头你的CO也会让你填这个表。你先有所准备。但是对VISA不影响，只要你父母的情况不会传染。不用担心。
