（急）需要把怀孕这件事写在入职的健康申明中吗？

接到了一个政府的offer,需要提供 Pre-placement Helth declaration confidential.

其中有一项是：Is there any other information you wish to supply in relation to a disability or your previous/current health that may assist the Department in assessing any requirements for reasonable adjustment?

以上提到了“previous/current health”，请问我需要把我怀孕5个月的事实写进去吗？（BTW，接受OFFER前已有明确跟部门经理讲明怀孕的事情。）

肯定要写的。就算不写，都5个月了，一眼就看出来了。
再说，过3-4个月，你就需要请产假了，肯定要事先安排好的。

谢谢，我跟领导已经说过怀孕5个月的事情，due date 也已经报告，甚至产后休息多久，都已经在接受他家offer之前就已经谈好了的。我只是不知道还是否填入这一个项次的Pre-placement Helth declaration confidential里面。

谢谢，我也还在飘飘然中，这是我在澳洲的第一份工作，而且是跟我的专业极其相关，现在只希望大着肚子不会太影响我的能力。

我是做IT 的，软件支持

我这个有点特殊，好久以前面试过了，然后刚知道有小孩的时候（1个月）接到了口头offer，到了最近才收到正式offer，好像是故意安排我在家安安心心过孕早期一样，呵呵。

谢谢祝福！在怀孕时找到政府工作是好事情啊，休完产假肯定可以做原来的职位，而且政府工作都有弹性工作制度，方便以后照顾孩子，感觉lz可说是双喜临门呢。

是的，感觉就是运气有点点好。。。

我的例子应该也可以给点鼓舞给正在找工作的同学们，世道虽难，但是工作还是有的，连DDP都能找到，何况其他精英们。

Congratulations :) It is not easy to get into public service now due to all the job freeze and budget reshuffle.

You should put in accurate detail, government do protect and take care staffs who are pregnant. Plus you had told your supervisor any way.

Is it ok to ask if you get a permanent role or contract role?

It's a temp full time position(12 months), and not base on any project...in this case I don't know why they still like to bring me on board and be so kind about my 2-3 months leave from July.

Lucky is one reason but to be honest, I was quite proud of my interview that day, I'm not a good english speaker but on that day I feel really good and after the interview, I just know that I can get this job. then after few months, I got the oral offer, then another few months later I got this final offer. It's quite a long story, hehe~
