Master Garage, previously LongShan Panels, is an automotive service company established since 1990. We have a recently opened a car rental business in Tullamarine which will involve dealing with local and international customers. We are seeking a receptionist to manage our front desk and to perform administrative and clerical tasks. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
Your duties will include
- welcoming and greeting customers
- Organising and responding to car rental and repair enquiries in-person and via phone/email
- Keeping updated records of office expenses and costs
- Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail/deliveries
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
The successful candidate must:
- speak mandarin and English
- have experience in dealing with car insurance and car repairs
- have knowledge of automotive tools
- be capable with computers
- available to work part time Monday to Friday
- be able to work autonomously
- have great organisational and communication skills
