Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse

Streamlining and supervising warehousing activities in compliance with WHS regulations.
Recording disposals and damages.
Alternate supervisory duties with the other supervisor to ensure smooth running of the operation
Ensure warehouse staff are performing duties in accordance the company policy and standards
Provide support and mentor for the warehouse team as required & directed
Perform warehouse work duties and duties which may fall outside of your normal duties when required or if instructed by your manager

Distribution

Ensure accurate, timely & efficient despatching of goods and transport arrangement in-line with the company expectations and standard operating procedures
Coordinate runs and despatch schedule and allocate transport workflow
Resolve any delivery and vehicle issues.
Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate truck loading.
Provides accurate and timely information on the operations and any issues arising with the despatch of goods

Yard Management

Ensure compliance with food safety, fire safety and OHS legislation
Develops and promotes safety culture within Ettason
Ensure general housekeeping and cleanliness of the warehouse and yard area
Ensure correct handling of damaged stock

Requirement:

Minimum 3 years in a supervisor/leading hand role，prefer from FMCG, food or logistics industry
Good communication skills both oral and written
Ability to set up and track team and individual performance goals and objectives
Experience in training, coaching and mentoring a team
Strong customer service focus
Good knowledge of WHS and experience in driving a strong safety culture
Computer literate with proficient use of MS Office
Mandarin or Cantonese speaker is desirable
